Our 'Red Room' Private Dining Room is available for breakfast, lunch or brunch for groups of up to 20 people.

Separate from the main Swell dining room, but still with ocean views, the 'Red Room' offers additional privacy and your own personal waitstaff. It is the perfect place to celebrate birthdays, christenings and other personal occasions.

A nominal room hire fee applies for exclusive use of the 'Red Room', in addition to food and beverage costs.
