Cancellation Policy

Swell is only a small restaurant, and therefore our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by
our customers, or adequate notice given to us of any change of your plans or arrangements. 

Accordingly, the following applies:

1. Swell reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for group, party or special event bookings cancelled with
   less than 72 hours notice.
2. The cancellation fee will reflect any cost incurred by Swell in terms of staff, food or beverage booked or
   ordered specifically for your group or party, and any lost revenue as a result of turning other bookings away.
3. In the case of fixed price special event bookings (including but not limited to Degustation Dinners, Wine Dinners, New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas Eve), the cancellation fee will be
   up to 100% of the ticket price.
4. Credit Card details will be required to confirm your booking, and any cancellation fee will be charged to
   the nominated credit card in the event of a fee being applied.
5. We will notify you of any cancellation fee applied.
