We welcome the opportunity to host your special event. Offering a broad range of menu options, we will work closely with you to tailor a menu and wine list to suit your occasion.
Special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian or gluten free, can be catered for.

A 10% service charge is applied to the total bill, and distributed to all the staff who work on the event, according to their performance.

To book Swell Restaurant for exclusive use, from 6pm:

Minimum Spend = $4,500

Guests = 30 inside, 8 outside (suggested number, may be increased)

 

To book Bronte Cucina for exclusive use, from 5pm:


Minimum Spend = $2,400

Guests = 22 inside, 8 outside (suggested number, may be increased)

 

Swell Restaurant is not available for 'exclusive use' during the day on weekends and Public Holidays.

Sydney rock oysters with spicy shallot dressing

Salt and pepper cuttlefish, fresh chilli, preserved lemon, miso kewpie mayonnaise

Pork and ginger gyoza

gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, basil and walnuts (chinese spoon)

Tempura prawns with chilli mayo

crispy tofu with green mango salad, cashew nuts, vietnamese sauce

beef carpaccio, capers and celeriac remoulade

lamb tenderloin with sundried cherry tomato, goats cheese, basil pesto

seared beef sirloin with truffled mushroom and shaved parmesan

Gravlax salmon with crème fraiche

barramundi with pepponata salad, crispy zucchini flower, and salsa verde 

snapper with tomato and caper ragout, crystal bay prawns & olive tapenade

ricotta gnocchi, marinated globe artichokes, green peas and burnt sage butter

roast duck breast with asian broccoli, cucumber and shallot salad, peking jus

riverina lamb loin with slow roast tomato, eggplant puree, potato dauphinoise

rangers valley angus sirloin (300 day grain fed), pumpkin, roast eschallot, potato fondant, bone marrow

Swell is licenced till 10pm, Council regulations require the premises to be vacated of patrons by 10:30 pm.
